He was born in Kırşehir in 1971. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance in 1992. He has an MBA from Newport International University. Between 1993-2003, he worked as an Account Expert at the Ministry of Finance Account Experts Board. Between 2003 and 2006, Kıran Holding A.Ş. He worked as a Financial Coordinator (CFO). Since 2006, as a company partner, Artı Değer International Independent Audit and YMM A.Ş. He continues his career in. He is a member of Task International Board of Directors. He is also the Financial Affairs and Tax Advisor of IMEAK (Chamber of Shipping) and GISBIR-Turkish Shipbuilders’ Association. Attended many seminars abroad and has articles and postgraduate studies published in various journals.

He was born in Kayseri in 1967. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences in 1988. He worked in the Ministry of Finance Account Experts Board between 1989-2006. He resigned from his post here when he was Chief Account Specialist. Since 2006, Artı Değer International Independent Audit and YMM A.Ş. He continues to serve many companies in the fields of finance, maritime, industry, textile and cosmetics as a Sworn CPA and as a partner.
Ali Ergin ŞAHİN – Partner

He was born in Malatya in 1966. He graduated from Ankara Faculty of Political Sciences in 1988. He worked as an accountant at the Ministry of Finance between 1989-1993. He worked as Audit Coordinator, General Manager and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in the private sector between 1994-2016. He has started to work as a partner at Artı Değer in December 2016.
Cem ÇETİN – Partner

He was born in Ankara – Kızılcahamam in 1967. He graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1988. He worked as an Account Specialist in the Ministry of Finance Account Experts Board between 1989 and 1998. In 1998, he resigned from this position and started his Chartered Accountant activity. In 2014, he was authorized as an “Independent Auditor” by the Public Oversight Authority. He joined Artı Değer International Independent Audit and YMM A.Ş. as a partner in September 2018.
Cengiz TEZEKİCİ

He was born in 1974 in Karaisalı, Adana. He worked as a Tax Inspector in the Ministry of Finance between 2002 and 2013. He left this position in 2013 and started his Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant activities. He was authorized as an “Independent Auditor” by the Public Oversight Authority in 2014. He is engaged in sworn-in certified public accounting, independent auditing, tax litigation, and dispute resolution activities. In 2024, he joined Artı Değer International Independent Audit and Certified Public Accountants Inc.
Mustafa TÜRKKOT
Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant , Independent Auditor, Former Chief Inspector of Finance
1972 Antalya. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance in 1992. He received his master’s degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign.
He served as a Finance Inspector at the Ministry of Finance, Finance Inspection Board between 1993-2005. In the 2005-2010 period, he held administrative positions at the Ministry of Finance as MASAK Coordinator, Department Head of the General Directorate of Revenue Policies, and Deputy Chairman of MASAK. Since January 2010, he has been active in the private sector in the fields of tax, audit, consultancy and MASAK Compliance services. In 2024, he joined Artı Değer International Independent Audit and Certified Public Accountants Inc.
Şahin GÜZELKÜÇÜK
CPA, Independent Auditor
He was born in Kırşehir in 1972. He graduated from Gazı University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department in 1995. He worked in the private sector between 1995-2002. He left in 2002 and started his financial consultancy activities. He was authorized as an independent auditor by KGK in 2013. He continues his financial consultancy activities actively. In 2024, he joined Artı Değer International Independent Audit and Certified Public Accountants Inc.
Ertuğrul ÇOLAK
Manager, CPA, Auditor
He graduated from the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Karadeniz Technical University in 2011. He started his career at UHY Uzman Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik ve Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. during his university years and started working full-time at the same company after his graduation. He received certificate of Certified Public Accountant in 2020. He works in managerial positions at various auditing companies; He has experience in auditing production, construction, energy, service and trade companies and public companies.

She graduated from Trakya University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2015. She started her career in 2016 at Artı Değer Uluslarası Bağımsız Denetim YMM Inc. She worked at Kaizen Uluslarası Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. between 2021-2023; and she continues to work at Artı Değer Uluslarası Bağımsız Denetim and YMM AŞ. since May 2024. She received her Certified Public Accountant certificate in 2023.

She graduated from Başkent University, Department of Economics in 2022. She completed his master’s degree in International Financial Reporting and Audit at Yıldırım Beyazıt University in 2024. She joined the team as an assistant auditor at Artı Değer Uluslarası Bağımsız Denetim and YMM A.Ş. in 2023 and work as a Senior Audit Asisstant.
Kevser Topal DEMİRHAN

She graduated from Bülent Ecevit University, Department of Economics in English in 2015; and in 2025, she graduated from Hoca Ahmet Yesevi University, a joint university in Turkey and Kazakhstan, Department of Business Administration MBA with an Honor Certificate. In 2023, she started as a Tax Audit Assistant at Gramer Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi. In 2024, she started his CPA internship and continues to work as a Senior Assistant Auditor at Artı Değer Uluslarası Bağımsız Denetim and YMM A.Ş.
